New Bathroom Ploy

I’ve pulled off the greatest feat in married history. Having been married for twelve years, I’d like to think I know my husband pretty well. I know how to push his buttons in both good and bad ways, but I mostly use my powers for good. Today I used my powers to convince my husband that we need a new bathroom. In my defence, we actually do need a new one as our current one is close to collapsing, but it’s hard to convince my husband to spend excessive amounts of money. Everyone knows that bathroom renovations are one of the most expensive things you can do to your home, so I understand why he was apprehensive but I finally broke through and won.

On my next day off I am going to call the designers and discuss every possible type of bathroom renovations. Melbourne designers are top class so I know I’ll be in good hands with whatever design I choose. I’ve been doing some reading and found a couple of styles that I find visually appealing, but I don’t know how viable they would be for my own bathroom. Luckily that’s what we’re employing experts for!

There’s one real important feature that my bathroom must have, and that’s a shower big enough to comfortably fit two people. Seeing as my husband is being so nice and letting me control the whole design process, I want to surprise him when it’s finished with roses and candles and to celebrate our new bathroom.

Being married has been the greatest adventure of my life. I’m so lucky to have such a supportive and kind husband. I’m also very lucky that he’s well off. Don’t tell anyone, but I think I’m going to love my new bathroom just as much as my husband. A new bathroom will be incredible. Time to go and find more design inspiration!
